Giro Gritter Men's Gravel Cycling Shoe

At just 185g per shoe, with pro-level performance and unmatched comfort, the Empire SLX lets you fly in first-class style. To create a minimalist shoe that retains the support structure of the legendary Empire while advancing style, we started with a one-piece ultra-light "Synchwire" monofilament mesh upper designed around a classic lace-up closure to fit and feel like a second skin. Heat sealed Teijin TPU adds structural support exactly where it's needed, and a high-modulus Easton EC90 SLX2 carbon fiber plate provides the ultimate stiffness-to-weight ratio for power transfer. Our SuperNatural Fit Adjustable Insole System is the final touch, allowing you to customize arch support right out of the box for luxurious comfort and optimal pedaling efficiency.

• With low-profile BOA® Fit System featuring Dual Li2 Dials, an all-new carbon composite plate co-molded with our Sensor rubber outsole and a dirt-specific breathable-yet-durable Syncwire™ upper, Gritter is the ultimate off-road shoe.
• SuperNatural Fit Kit with adjustable arch support
• Long fiber carbon composite plate co-molded with tread for permanent bond
• TPU toe lugs secured with hex head cleat screws
