Chef's Choice Rosemary is part of the Southern Living Plant Collection . This new outstanding rosemary has a very high oil content for cooking and spicy flavor. It is an excellent choice for container, herb, and kitchen gardens due to its compact mounding habit. When planting this plant, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow release granular fertilizer in Spring.
