<p>These Nitrile Rubber O-Rings are circular in shape and round in cross-section, designed for use across a wide temperature range from -4℉ (-20°C) to 212℉ (100°C). Nitrile offers excellent mechanical properties and high wear resistance compared to other elastomers, providing good resistance to many petroleum oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, mineral oil, and grease. This O-ring is made of black nitrile rubber with a durometer of 70A, suitable for a variety of sealing applications. O-rings commonly provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces and are frequently used in faucets, flanges, valves, and various cylinders. However, nitrile is vulnerable to acetone, ethers, esters, ozone, sunlight, and weathering, making it unsuitable for use in ozone-generating electric motors, welding equipment.</p>
